These Terms & Conditions govern the use of our website and services, including custom vinyl sticker production, branding, and installations. By placing an order or using our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Services & Design Approval
We specialize in custom vinyl stickers, vehicle branding, shopfront signage, and wall graphics. All artwork and designs require client approval before production. We are not responsible for spelling errors, low-resolution files, or design flaws present in approved artwork.
2. Application & Installation
Clients must ensure surfaces are clean, smooth, and free from dust or oil before vinyl application. We recommend professional installation for large decals, vehicle wraps, and shopfront graphics. Cape Coastal Vinyl Cutters cannot be held liable for bubbles, peeling, or surface damage resulting from self-installation.
3. Durability & Warranty
Our vinyl products are made from premium, weather-resistant materials. However, exposure to harsh coastal conditions such as UV rays and saltwater may shorten their lifespan. We do not offer warranties against misuse, improper application, or surface deterioration over time.
4. Payments & Quotes
Quotes are valid for 14 days. A 50% deposit is required before production begins, with the remaining balance due upon completion. Due to the custom nature of our products, refunds or returns are not available unless there is a proven material defect.
5. Liability
Cape Coastal Vinyl Cutters is not responsible for indirect damages, including business losses or surface damage caused by sticker removal or misuse. All completed projects may be featured in our portfolio unless otherwise requested by the client.
